Cosworth MaxSport brake kit's feature lightweight machined and hard anodized fully forged calipers. They are engineered to provide a 20-percent reduction in weight without sacrificing stiffness or performance over our standard Sport kit.

Cosworth 2-piece rotors are designed for 10-30% better airflow than directional vaned racing rotors. They were produced with a proprietary cast iron formula, which was specified with durability in mind. The hats and brackets are made with a special type of billet aerospace aluminum and are CNC machined in the USA.

All parts are bench tested prior to shipment. Each caliper is 100% pressure tested to 2,500 PSI. Every brake line is 100% pressure tested to 4,500 PSI. Every assembled two-piece rotor is tested for runout. Hats and brackets are CNC machined to ISO standards. Each kit is optimized for specific vehicle application.
